Booking term and cancellation:

• Full payment should be settled at once the invoice has been received. The reservation will not be acknowledged without the payment.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours in advance notice or earlier, we will result in a 50% refund of the total payment. If the cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge 100% of the total payment. (An administration fee for a refund may applied).
