Full payment should be settled at once the invoice has been received. The reservation will not be acknowledged without the payment.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours in advance notice or earlier will result in a 50% refund of the total payment. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge 100% of the total payment. (An administration fee for a refund may applied).
